One spaghetto

One day workshop at Università IUAV di Venezia, Italy
Guest tutor as part of a ten week course by Daniel Eatock & Flávia Müller Medeiros, June 2009

The aim of the project was to make, cook & eat a single strand of pasta which has the equivalent length of a single serving so the entire portion is in one piece. Based on an 80g serving of dried pasta, this equates roughly to 20m worth of spaghetti.
